- Agroforestry Nursery Pvt. Ltd.: Agroforestry Nursery works for establishment following throughout Nepal nursery, conservation of indigenous species, farming based on agroforestry, livestock farming, fruits, and herbal plants production, expansion of organic farming.
- Kalinchok Krishi biu prasodhan Kendra: It is responsible for seed collection, processing, and storage of seeds for the seed selling unit of NAFSCOL Krishiban Pvt ltd. Labeling, tagging, and proper storage of seed is the responsibility of Kalinchok Krishi Biu Prashodan Kendra. It also provides training for seed collection, processing, and storage.
- Modern Agriculture and Livestock farmers group ( Adhunik Krishi Tatha Pashupanchi krishik Samuha): MALFG is a farmers’ group in Indrawati Rural Municipality. It works for livestock farming, fruits, and herbal plant cultivation, saving in the group, works for women, children and human rights. Furthermore, it also Promotes organic farming and environmental conservation.

SeedTree.org : SeedTree is a non-profit organization working with an aim to preserve and renew forest ecosystems by developing a sustainable human ecology in accordance with their unique philosophy and values. Mr. Ram Prasad Gautam, Managing Director has been working with SeedTree.org since 2011 as the branch manager. SeedTree.org and NAFSCOL Krishiban worked together with women groups in Sindhupalchok, Kavrepalanchok, Dhading, Nuwakot, Lalitpur and Kathmandu.
Himalayan Conservation & Research Institute(HCRI): Himalayan Conservation and Research Institute (HCRI), formerly known as Youth for Nature (YFN), is an independent, not-for-profit organization established by a team of young socio-ecological researchers and conservationists from Nepal to promote science-based conservation of natural resources.
Federation of Agroforestry Seed and Plant Resources is a profit not distributing organization registered in the office of company registration in 2021. NAFSCOL Krishiban Pvt Ltd is a founding member of FASPR Nepal. Companies dealing with seed and plant business and social work are members of this organization. Companies, businesses, farmers groups, women’s groups and CBOs are eligible to be members.
