Mr.Ram Prasad Gautam has been working in the field of agriculture, agroforestry, livestock for two decades. He has been promoting and working for the promotion of indigenous seeds of Nepal of various species like herbal, fruits, vegetables, forest species, fodder, and forages. With the Knowledge and experience in the field, he has published books and magazines related to agriculture and forestry. He has also worked for a US-based non-profit, SeedTree as branch manager since 2011. He is engaged with various other NGOs/INGOs like National Farmers Groups Federation Nepal, Goalkeepers Association Nepal, Federation of agriculture and herbal crops and many more. Recognizing his service in the field he has been awarded Special Service Honor and National service honor in the year 2018 and 2019.
Mr.Gautam loves to work with farmers and he is regularly helping and suggesting farmers for commercial farming. He is also providing consultation for grass farming and the management of fodder and forages. Our company is growing under his vision, guidance, and regular visit to our seed selling unit in Kathmandu, resource center, and our nursery located in Sindhupalchok.

यस संस्थाका व्यवस्थापकिय निर्देशक विगद ३० बर्ष देखि कृषिवनकाे क्षेत्रमा निरन्तर लागि रख्नुभएकाे छ। याे संस्था स्थापनाकाल देखि आफ्नाे भिजन र कर्मले अगाडि बडाउन सहयाेग पुर्याउनुकाे अलावा, कृषि, पशुपालनको क्षेत्रमा विगद ३ दशक देखि काम गर्दै आउनुभएकाे छ। उँहा नेपालका विभिन्न बनस्पती जातका जडिबुटी, फलफूल, तरकारी, वन प्रजाति, डालेघाँस र अन्य प्रजातिहरूको रैथाने बीउहरूको प्रवर्द्धनका लागि काम गर्दै आएका छन्। यस क्षेत्रमा ज्ञान र अनुभवको साथ उँहाले कृषि र वन सम्बन्धित पुस्तक र म्यागजिनहरू प्रकाशित गर्नुभएकाे छ। उनले २०११ देखि अमेरिकामा आधारित गैर नाफामुखी, सीडट्रीमा शाखा प्रबन्धकको रूपमा पनि काम गरिरहनुभएकाे छ। उँहाअन्य गैरसरकारी संस्था / आइएनजीओहरू जस्तै राष्ट्रिय किसान समूह महासंघ नेपाल, बाख्रापालक कृषक महासंघ नेपाल, कृषि र जडिबुटी बाली लगायतका काममा संलग्न हुनुहुन्छ । यस क्षेत्र मा आफ्नो सेवा को मान्यता दिए उनी वर्ष २०१८ र २०१९ मा विशेष सेवा सम्मान र राष्ट्रिय सेवा सम्मान बाट सम्मानित हुनुभएकाे छ।
व्यवस्थापकिय निर्देशक राम प्रसाद गाैतम कृषकहरूसँग काम गर्न मन पराउँनुहुन्छ र उँहा नियमित रुपमा किसानहरुलाई व्यावसायिक खेतीका लागि सहयोग र सुझाव दिदै आएका छन्। उनी घाँस खेती र घाँस व्यवस्थापनको लागि परामर्श प्रदान गर्दै आउनुभएकाे छ ।हाम्रो कम्पनी उँहाको दर्शन, मार्गदर्शन र काठमाडौंको बीज बिक्री इकाई, श्राेत केन्द्र र सिन्धुपाल्चोकमा रहेको हाम्रो नर्सरीको नियमित अनुगमन तथा भ्रमणले क्रमिक सुधार आँउदै गएकाे छ ।
